What hurt most wasn’t Ben’s addictions or poor decisions—it was his betrayal. When the pressure mounted, Ben cracked. He sold out Jack, feeding the system information in exchange for self-preservation. His actions didn’t just break the law of the street; they shattered the trust of blood.
